Poster Guidelines:

Dimensions: Poster display area measures 1 meter in width by 1 meter in height. Preparation: Prepare and bring your posters to the conference; on-site printing is not available. Presence: Be present at your poster throughout the entire session to engage with viewers. Retrieval: Retrieve your poster by the end of the day; any left behind will be disposed of. Awards: Best Poster awards will be determined by a judge and announced at the end of the session.

Convenience: Present from home or workplace without the need for travel. Meeting Invite: Registered participants will receive a meeting invite with a personalized user ID for webinar access a few days before the event. Early Join: Join the meeting 30 minutes early to avoid last-minute technical issues. Presentation Timing: Each speaker has 20-25 minutes.
